[Bug] Earthpiercer Mine Tier JSON

Bug Report

Observed Behaviour
During testing tools for wiki and correlation to code stats I found out:

  1. Tier hone on Earthpiercer does not work
  2. The JSON file responsible for Tier hone actually has code from Efficiency JSON for the same tool head

Expected Behaviour

  1. Tier hone to actually work
  2. JSON file to have correct code

Minimal setup needed to reproduce

  • Forge version: 1.16.4 - 35.1.37
  • Tetra version: 3.6.0
  • Tetra configuration: Default
  • Other mods: None (Reproduced on a clean slate)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Attempt to hone an Earthpiercer tool head with Mine Tier I hone.
  2. Realize it's absolutely non-functional, as it does nothing.
    ...
  3. Look into the JSON files and realize that responsible JSON has the wrong code
