Observed Behaviour
My server works fine without the mod but the second I add it and start the server I get a failed to load data packs error that stops the server I can't seem to find any data packs in my server or main games files however the server worked before adding the mod and single player works with the mod other than the data pack error there is a stack overflow error all of these are visible at the bottom of the attached text document

Expected Behaviour
I expected the server to work normally

Minimal setup needed to reproduce

• Forge version: 1.16.5-36.0.42
• Tetra version: 3.5.3 and the latest as well 3.6.1
• Tetra configuration:
• Other mods: Miners and Engineers Technic Modpack

Steps to reproduce
All I did was create a server and add the 46 mods that weren't clientside only tested it and it worked then I added tetra and it stopped working on the next startup

If you can roll back forge to 36.0.40. There is a known issue. See #359 Crash on Launch
