So i'm playing Valhelsia 3, and i just managed to get a second combustion chamber on my forge hammer. I went to go upgrade my hammer to a netherite one, but when i clicked the button to craft it it made the sound as if it was upgrading but it didn't actually upgrade. I figured maybe it was just my hammer, so i went to upgrade my bow to a terrasteal one, but the same thing happened. Restarting my game didn't seem to help either, as the results were the same. My tools seemed to have enough integrity aswell.

So i finally figured out what was wrong, the game thought that i hadn't earned the Maintenance Reaquired advancment. I hit the forge hammer with my own hammer to reset it and it gave me the advancment, i then tried to upgrade my hammer again and it worked just fine.
