[Bug] Holosphere scanner stops playing

Observed behaviour
The Scanner on the Holosphere stopped making a sound after some time. This happened after finding my second ruins. I was playing on a server with 2 players counting myself. The server was hosted on Aternos.
Expected behaviour
The Scanner should have kept making the sound unless i silenced it by crouch+Rclicking
Steps to reproduce
There is no exact way to replicate the bug, it just happened to me.

Seems like this happens when the player changes dimension, at least overworld to Nether.
Bumping this as the bug is still present.
Found out a few things:
- The bug persists on leaving/joining a server
- The bug persists on restarting the server
- The bug is caused by switching dimensions
- The bug gets fixed by restarting the game
