[Bug] Bow Release Latch not working

Observed behaviour
Placing a release latch on a bowstring consumes the quick latch, but no release latch is applied. Even weapons with release latches from previous versions lost their latches
Expected behaviour
Release latch should remain on the bowstring
Steps to reproduce
- Place a vanilla bow in the workbench with a quick latch in the inventory
- Select Bowstring and Release Latch
- Add release latch
- Check bow and see no latch
