wool belt missing localization name

Observed behaviour
I did not test all colors but the name is missing for at least this and white variant.
Expected behaviour
The belt part would have a normal name, not a path.
Steps to reproduce
make a string belt
place into workbench
upgrade to any color wool belt
see name
