Observed behaviour

Schematics that aren't related to sword blade modules don't display at all as an option in the workbench.
While I was working on porting an addon, I noticed that only the blade schematics were showing up, while all the other schematics did not show up. Thinking this was on my side, I decided to double check to see if it was happening in base Tetra as well. And it was; the Sturdy Guard schematic doesn't show up at all despite being placed down by the workbench. Warforge scrolls still work, however.

Expected behaviour

While updating my addon, I expected for all the added schematics to show up. However, only the blade schematics did and all the other scroll schematics did not display.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place down a workbench
2. Get a throwing knife and a sturdy guard schematic (if using base Tetra)
3. Place both schematics down near the workbench
4. Get a sword of any material type and a material of your choosing
5. Place sword in the workbench and try to apply both schematics onto it
6. Only the throwing knife will display, rather than both schematics
