[Bug] [Enigmatica 6 Expert] Stacking Schematics on top of a block on multiplayer causes only the player that placed them to be able to use them

Observed behaviour
Upon taking any number of schematics and right clicking them unto the top of a block, they stack up to 6, as expected.
However, other people in the server only see the FIRST schematic to be placed. Additionally, only that first schematic seems to affect a nearby workbench. Additionally, it doesn't seem to matter who places the first schematic, having a second player place the second schematic achieves the same effect for the first player.
This does not seem to happen with schematics hung on walls.
Expected behaviour
Stacked schematics on top of blocks appear and work for all players.
Steps to reproduce
- Place down a Tetra workbench.
- Place at at least two schematics on a block near the workbench.
- Have a second player verify the block: it should only show one schematic on top, of how many were placed.
- Have the second player verify the available recipes on the workbench, only the recipe provided by the first schematic should appear.

The entirety of the Enigmatica 6 Expert modpack. Also Magnesium and Magnesium Extras, however since it doesn't seem to be a visual-only issue, I doubt they are the culprits.
