Observed behaviour

When I tried to tweak my pickaxe in a workbench, it can be fix to more durability even it has been broken.

Hmmmm... My English is not good so I don't know how to describe...

Steps to reproduce

1. Place [Any Tetra Tool] in [Tetra Workbench]
2. Bind a [Bolt]
3. Tweak it to [Tighten]
4. [Apply] it
5. Tweak back to [Loosen]
6. Done, your durability is back
