[Bug] Bugged Bow Compatibility with Apotheosis

Observed behaviour
Modifying an affixed bow from Apotheosis removes the affix stats. Minecraft bow with an Apotheosis affix:
The same bow with its stave changed to wood via Tetra:
Additionally, Apotheosis does not seem to recognize Tetra bows as bows. Apotheosis' Reforging Table - a workstation similar to Minecraft's Enchanting Table - does not accept Tetra bows as a valid input, though it does recognize other mods' bows, like Twilight Forest's.
Relevant NBT Data (This is a different bow than the one previously pictured):
Non-Tetra Affixed Bow:
The same bow modified with its stave modified to a wooden straight stave:
It should be noted that the removal of affix stats is not just a visual bug when hovering over the item, despite the Tetra bow's storage of the affix stats in its NBT data. The item's actual stats are indeed modified, removing the effects of the affix entirely when held in-game. (i.e. an affix reducing draw time is removed when Tetra-ified).
Expected behaviour
Tetra tools normally are able to be affixed in Apotheosis Reforging Table (which is an amazing feature). The bow is an exception to this. We would expect bows to have the same compatibility. Perhaps this is related to Apotheosis not recognizing Tetra bows as a subclass of Minecraft bow?
Steps to reproduce
First Bug (Removal of Affix stats):
- Obtain an affixed Apotheosis bow
- Modify this bow in a Workbench
Second Bug (Apotheosis not recognizing Tetra bows):
- Obtain a Tetra bow of any kind
- Attempt to apply an affix via Apotheosis' Reforging Table
