[Bug] Netcode breaks down in larger modpacks

Observed behaviour
In large modpacks, some modular items appear invisible probably due to different loading behavior and optimizations for either client or server. Better explanation at: Tetra Net Fix github
Expected behaviour
The expected behavior is for this issue to not be experienced. A simple implementation of this fix is in: https://github.com/Smartin-b/TetraNetFix
Steps to reproduce
This behavior is hard and rare to reproduce, but I have experienced it in various larger-sized modpacks with Tetra installed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Enigmatica 8
- TNP Limitless 5
- TNT's True Vanilla
- And various custom modpacks in which I just threw a ton of mods together.
It's safe to say that installing a large number of mods causes this issue, as in practically every case of 300+ mods I have struggled with this networking issue.
