[Bug] Tetra contents not showing on modpack

Observed behaviour
Tetra does load, which is shown in the mod list, it cannot be accesed when loaded into a world. (I opened a ticket but it was closed, because the bug could not be replicated)
Expected behaviour
I should be able to acces tetra features.
Steps to reproduce
Install the given modpack.
Try to acces tetras features?
