Observed Behaviour
When cutting cobweb and leaves, the machete doesnt get honing progress.
Expected Behaviour
Expecting the machete to gain honing progress
Minimal setup needed to reproduce
Reproduced on client with only Tetra and JEI installed using an iron machete.
