[Bug] Hung server while processing Howling/Deflect Projectile

Observed behaviour
I went to the End to fight the Ender Dragon. As he roosted, I was very close and spamming arrows from a vanilla bow. My client and the server hung and the server crashed. I had to force close the client and restart the MC server.
This is not the first time my client has hung mysteriously during a fight but this is the first time it's crashed the server. This time, and previous times where only my client hung, I haven't had any crash log on the client side. Therefore, I don't know if they're related.
I also don't know if it's specifically Tetra's fault, but Tetra is at the top of the crash log as the first mod in the stack:

Expected behaviour
I expected not to crash. Nothing Tetra-related involved in this fight unless the Ender Dragon was modified by Tetra.
