[Bug] Some players are getting the "Thermal Transfer" advancement randomly

Observed behaviour
Was mining deepslate and got this achievement. Definitely did not get this achievement the way it was supposed to be done.
I also got this advancement while tilling some grass on the surface
Expected behaviour
For it to not?
