Feature description

Tetra's "modular_double" tool is not compatible with 'Born In Chaos' and 'Valhelsia Structures' (mods).

In 'Born in Chaos' the block 'black_argallite' does not generate a block drop after mining with an adequate tool.
I tried to apply "forge:tools" to tetra's 'modular_double' which does not work. Mod creator of 'Born In Chaos' commented, that MCCreator's tool tags are quite restrictive...

In 'Valhelsia Structures' the custom recipe for wooden 'log_post' (axe + forge:log) does not work, as tetra tools are not recognized as axes. I tried applying 'forge:axes' and 'forge:tools/axes' as tags to tetra's 'modular_double', but that does not seem to work.

How it improves the player experience

Tetra fits great in most modpacks and custom forge builds. To use it with different mods seems quite usefull ;)
