Observed behaviour

I am trying to use Tetra on MC v1.19.2 (forge). I have only mutil and Tetra installed. I have tried several different versions of forge, but regardless I always get the following message:
"Mod Tetra requires mutil 4.2 or above
Currently, mutil is not installed"

Expected behaviour

Minecraft should reach the title screen and function.

Steps to reproduce

1.) install forge-43.3.5
2.) install mutil-1.19.2-5.1.0
3.) install tetra-1.19.2-5.5.1
4.) launch game

Just had to restart curseforge. Classic.
Edit: Nevermind. I'm not sure exactly what the solution is. However, restarting, then reinstalling mutil and tetra, and using forge 43.3.0 solved the issue. I was then able to successfully upgrade to forge 43.3.5. Whatever the problem is, it's probably curseforge.
