Truesweep - Ars Nouveau reactive compatibility

Feature description
Ars Nouveau is a magic mod that adds its own spell system. Amongs other features, there is an enchantment called reactive that, when applied to weapons, has a chance to trigger a chosen spell on every enemy you hit. Truesweep, however, doesn't cause it to be processed on all enemies hit, while its description suggests it should.
How it improves the player experience
Too often does modded combat work out in the way where the player just picks their favourite mod and uses it everywhere. I think this is detrimental to player experience. I believe a simple compatibility change like this should encourage the player to use both mods.
Apart from that, it could be slightly disappointing if truesweep doesn't stay true to its description.
Tetra synergies
I really appreciate how tetra provokes you to think deeper about your arsenal tha just "pick the best stat". A change like this could allow more tinkering options, which would by no means be meaningless - uses here could include not only a simple damage spell, but also knockback ones for more crowd control, spells applying harmful effects, et caetera. Note that the reactive enchantment uses does use player mana, so ars nouveau already provides a natural limitation when it comes to combat balance.
Also, this field's description in the issue template: "align the the goals of tetra". Change one "the" to "with".
