[Bug] Minecraft unable to load when tetra, quark, and optifine are all present

Observed behaviour

After wondering what was crashing the game when running optifine, I finally got down to these three mods. Tetra and quark run just fine together, and same with tetra and optifine. But for some reason, when this trio is run together, minecraft comes crashing down.

Expected behaviour

Usually the game should not crash.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Forge 47.2.21
  2. Install Tetra, Multi, Optifine, Quark, and Zeta
  3. Run and wait while the game loads
  4. Come back to a crash screen
