Observed behaviour

When you Disable the Toolbelt in the Global settings for Inventorio (Forge) all of Tetra's Tools become slower.

Expected behaviour

When you Disable the Toolbelt in the Global settings for Inventorio (Forge) all of Tetra's Tools act as normal.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Inventorio (Forge)
  2. Disable the Toolbelt in the Global settings for Inventorio (Forge)
  3. Use any Tetra Tool (Pickaxe, Axe, etc.)
