[Bug] Dupe and inncorect place a schematic with a Carry On mod

Observed behaviour
I accidentally picked up the scroll using the Carry On mod and noticed that it was placed only in the eastern direction.
Also, holding a scroll in your hands, you can double another scroll hanging on the wall. This works on any side of the world, EXCEPT the east side.
It is shown in detail in the video:

P.S. Yes, I know that I can safely add the scroll to the Carry On exceptions, but still, I decided to report it
Expected behaviour
Correct transfer using Carry On and the absence of a dupe
Steps to reproduce
Direction bug:
1.Take the scroll hanging on the wall with the Carry On mod in your hands
2.Try to put it on the block in any direction except the east
Dupe bug:
1.Take the scroll hanging on the wall with the Carry On mod in your hands
2.Click RMB on the block on which another scroll is hanging, which you want to double. It is necessary that another scroll be hung in any direction except the east

Ah! I thought there was a tag, then the scrolls could have been disabled for CarryOn out of the box!
I really want to answer, but I don't understand you. I'm bad at modding.
In the CarryOn config, I can specify the tag of the item that will be in the blacklist.
[blacklist]
forbiddenTiles = ["tetra:scroll_wall"]
After that, I can't pick up the scroll with using CarryOn
If you're talking about IMC, then:
"blacklistBlock"
