Another request for a visible tool belt and modules

Feature description
Tetra excels at displaying modifiers on the usable aspects of the mod. It's rather disappointing, as others agree, to not be able to see the progress of the belt on the player. This can be applied using only Curios if implementing this would be hard with the default Tetra behavior.
How it improves the player experience
We get to see our shiny, gear filled belt and have an analogue of our belt inventory on our character. Other tool belt mods do this well and it always feels good to see our gear, but why would I want to use multiple mods that add the same item? That's messy, and adds to loading time for the game.
It would also provide other players in multiplayer worlds the ability to see what their companions are holding on their belt. Requesting a health potion might not be so dubious if you know your comrade has one on him.
Tetra synergies
Tetra, as mentioned above, excels at showing off modifiers visually. It's a massive upside to the mod that draws in users. Tinker's Construct is obviously a major influence for Tetra, and it excels in the same way. Tetra could use this to simply improve the already existing plethora of modifiers that provide visual satisfaction.
