Feature description

If one is playing with a lot of mods that add new materials, the list of materials grows long enough that it can't be fully viewed except on the smallest GUI scale, at which point it's too small to read. I'm reading that the scroll wheel can scroll through that list, but I'm playing on a laptop that doesn't have a scroll wheel. I would like not to have to plug in a mouse and find somewhere to place it exclusively to use this one portion of UI.
Scroll wheels can also be difficult for people with certain physical disabilities to use.
Therefore, there should be another way to scroll here. Arrow keys, maybe. Or something that can be changed in the keybinds would be ideal, if possible.

How it improves the player experience

I cannot think of a less snarky-sounding way to put this than "it improves the player experience if players can fully use the features included in the mod".

Tetra synergies

Again, I don't mean to be snarky, but presumably the goal of Tetra includes people being able to easily use all aspects of the UI.

You can scroll through the list. A scroll wheel is one type of peripheral that allows a user to scroll, surely your laptop has another. I'm not against make accessability improvements, but this issue isn't about that. Closing!
