Observed behaviour

When trying to throw a spear It doesn't throw at all

Expected behaviour

the spear should be throwable

Steps to reproduce

1. make a spear
2. try to throw it (right click)
3. you'll see that nothing happens at all ...

P.S this also applies to modified tridents, but vanilla tridents do work.
tetra throwing knives work well instead.

Other mods

I fully isolated Tetra to confirm that Tetra's the issue and it is not a compatibility problem. The bug still reproduces with only Tetra and Mutil, nothing else
