[Bug] Shift+B shortcut ignores NBT when stacking items in Toolbelt

Observed behaviour
When using the Shift+B shortcut to quickly store items in the Toolbelt, same items with different NBT (e.g. differently named items) are forcibly merged. This can lead to item duplication exploits when combined with other mods. (e.g. Wooden Storage Crate in Immersive Engineering)
Expected behaviour
Items with different NBTs should not be stacked.
Steps to reproduce
- Rename two stackable items differently.
- Press Shift+B to store them in the Toolbelt.
- They incorrectly merge into one stack.
