
required honing values configurable via datapacks?

Feature description
i'd love to see a way to change how many times a tool needs to be used before it can be honed. some of the values are seemingly aimed at specific playstyles, forcing the player to for example chop hundreds of trees manually before they can upgrade their axe head.
How it improves the player experience
it allows more customization for modpack makers, allowing them to curate their modpacks in a way that would make the player experience overall smoother.
Tetra synergies
it would allow for the tool customization features present via datapacks to be a step closer to "complete", as in it would allow them to have another one of their features customizable via datapacks
