Duplicate any item with a Toolbelt

Expected behaviour

Cannot move the Toolbelt by any method when its GUI is open

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a Toolbelt in hand
2. Put any item inside the belt
3. Use the number key shortcut (1–9) to move the belt anywhere in the inventory
4. Throw the belt out of the inventory
5. Take the items out of the still-open GUI
6. Pick up the thrown Toolbelt
7. Item duplicated

I just found a same issue that had been fixed #538 , but now it has reappeared in the latest version. Also please take a look at issue #890

I assume you hover another item and press the number key matching the slot the toolbelt is in?

Fixed that issue at least, if it's not that then I'm not able to reproduce it. Also fixed #890, but I need to sleep so you'll have to wait for a build.
