Feature description

Integration with Tinkers' Construct allowing the swords to be used as cutting implements.

How it improves the player experience

It will allow the player to use less inventory space when using Tinkers' Construct because you don't have to carry a vanilla/tetra sword.

Tetra synergies

I'm not sure, this just adds some compatibility with tcon.
