Observed behaviour

Mana correctly repairs tools, but only up to one less than max durability, resulting in it not being FULLY repaired. This causes the tool to infinitely drain mana until your mana tablets/rings are empty, meaning huge losses of mana.

Expected behaviour

Tool repairs to completely fixed, stopping the mana repair effect.

Steps to reproduce

1. Append any tool with a mana related item (woods were used in my case, but probably applies to mana/terrasteel
2. Damage the tool in some way
3. Attempt to repair tool with a non-creative mana tablet or ring
4. Tool does not fully repair and mana is drained extremely fast.
