[Bug] Tetra knife fail to get honing progress when working with cutting board

Observed behaviour
Working with cutting board did not increase honing level
Expected behaviour
Working with cutting board increased honing level of the tool
Steps to reproduce
- Place a Farmer's Delight tool or any other tools with sword label
- Reforge it to tetracelium knife
- Place anything able to process on thre cutting board (same for Tetra axes,or maybe all tetra tools)
- Do the process
- Then it will be found that the process do nothing to the honing progress

Other mods
Only newest version of farmer's delight is install afterwards for a test , and it remained same.
I'm actually a bit perfectionist , thus I am feeling terrible when I realize this mod combines Tetra perfectly with Farmer's Delight-expect this error.
It seems that Tetracelium is not very popular, since it's a tiny add-on. But it is really nice after all and is very important to me. Thanks in the end if you may spare your precious time to fix this error!🥺

I builded an experimental environment and reproduced the issue.
