I posted the issue on Curseforge and was told to post it here also. I will just quote my curse forge statement.

I found what I think to be a minor bug with compatibility with Biomes You'll go. The pendorite ingot can not be used as a material but pendorite scraps can. This is also seen in the holosphere as the pendorite scrap is the material that represents pendorite as opposed to the ingot. I don't know if this is intentional; I found a discrepancy when testing for a modpack I am creating. I also noticed that the ametrine gem couldn't be socketed like the description states and doesn't appear in the holosphere material list.

I am on Minecraft version 1.18.2 and mod version 1.4 as it is the default on the Curseforge launcher.
