Must change pc locale every time using this mod

Every time I use this mod I have to change my pc locale and the text file to utf-8, can you make a thing under the import text from file that can easily change the locale?

Thats interesting, as i cant confirm this issue on my end.
Does this happen with every file or just with those created on your maschine?
