Custom Aspect Localization example don't work

This must be changed from:
tc.aspect.electricae'=Electricity
tc.aspect.fulgur'=Lightning, Bolt
tc.aspect.tempestas'=Storm, Turbolence

to

tc.aspect.electricae=Electricity
tc.aspect.fulgur=Lightning, Bolt
tc.aspect.tempestas=Storm, Turbolence
