Odd Crash with TCInventory Scanning and Draconic Evolution

So I'm no genius when it comes to mods and how to fix problems.
I have a crash report if it helps. All I know is that before I installed DE (and the mods that support it) my custom pack worked fine, The second I installed it, it started crashing before I could even get to the start screen.
I was told that there seems to be an issue I guess with this mod and DE. Or maybe it is just with this mod.
