First, thanks for the wonderful mod! Secondly sorry for my bad english.

I am currently trying to set up a modpack using Vertically Stacked Dimensions. The Emptyness looks cool as a bottom after the Nether. But for my purposes, I need some blocks at the top of the dimension to transform the upper part of the emptyness into a nether-like dimension. Right now I'm just trying to add upper block layer using Vertically Stacked Dimensions settings. But, firstly, cave generators (like Cave Generator or YUNG's Better Caves) do not work with this layer and i have just ugly flat layer on the top. Secondly, dimension generation starts to work a little strange if there are blocks at the top (e.g. huge pillars of void stone in some biomes)... I don't really understand how to set this up.

So I have a question. Maybe you can take the time to make your own version of the covered emptyness (I mean only the top) and add this option to the config?

I realize this may take a while, so sorry for my request, but I really don't understand how to do something like this myself and not mess up the aesthetics of your dimension.

I probably won't do any special decorating right now though as I was planning on visiting that kind of thing for an eventual taint biome update in the future. Would that be ok?

As part of the spike generation they find the tallest block in the column to use as the "surface", so it makes sense that they get a bit confused here. I haven't forgotten that I said I would do this, but with how things are looking I'm going to do the augment rework first, then move on to the emptiness worldgen update.
