Eldritch Crabs spawned from Crusted Openings will get trapped if there is one block directly below

Any openings positioned like this will end up having the crabs trapped inside the block below and they end up "drowning" afterwards. I'm not sure if the Outer Lands from previous Thaumcraft versions has the same issue though, I haven't played those in awhile.
