Used the void gauntlet to activate the Elditch altar in the Emptiness, it played it's little vortex animation then destroyed itself, nothing else happened. Tested in a flat world and it spawned a monster which I assume was a boss, but I didn't look at it cause I don't want spoilers. Anyway how can I fix this?

I was not on peaceful, good guess but no unfortunately.

If you weren't on peaceful then some other mod probably cancelled the spawn, but unfortunately I don't see anything in your logs that gives any leads.

If that's the case then the only way to know is by process of elimination.
