A minor issue, I had in mind that I would carry a Impetus mirror with me, and along with a void recharge pedestal (and enderchest), I'd be able to recharge my impetus gear globaly and on the fly.

I forget why I made it like that originally - there might have been a good reason, but if there was then I'm sure I'll figure it out while trying to change it
