[Bug] Gyroscope augmented Thaumostatic Harness consumes Vis at Harmless fall distances

To replicate:

  1. Equip charged Thaumostatic Harness w/ Gyroscope augment
  2. Jump
  3. Notice Vis in Harness has decreased, despite the fact that mundane Jumping should cause no Fall damage
