[Suggestion] Control Seal: Decanting & more

Handling fluids with golems can be a hastle. You have to use the Control Seal: Use with combination of buckets to do it, which is very hard to do properly and cannot handle emptying a large pool of liquid very easily.
Adding back the Decanting Golem Animation Core from TC4 would expand the liquidhandling capabilities of golems drastically. There should be 2 versions of the seal. One for filling and one for filling. They would function together.
Control Seal: Empty Fluids
- Interacts with standard fluid storages (tanks from buildcraft, IE, TE, etc.) or fluid blocks.
- Could have a advanced version with more filters and the ability to "pump" fluids; the golem tries to pick up the farthest possible fluid block that is connected to the block that the seal is attached to.
Control Seal: Fill Fluids
- Interacts with standard fluid storages (tanks from buildcraft, IE, TE, etc.) or fluid blocks.
- Could have a advanced version with more filters and the ability to flood areas; the golem tries to place the fluid to the farthest possible block up to the level of the seal in a certain area.
Golem part: Tank
- Lets golems to handle fluids
- Drawback could be that golem cannot interact with items anymore
- Makes the golem slower, tanks are heavy afterall, especially if filled with fluid
For implementing these features, I would advice to looking at the code for Immersive Engineering pump and fluid outlets as they might be helpful.
The texture can be pulled from TC4, maybe editing it to have arrows consistent with Control Seal: Fill and Control Seal: Empty to distinguish the fill and empty seal from together.
