Found one in a spot I'm planning to build on and would like to remove/move it, I can't seem to find anything on the subject though.

There currently isn't a way to remove fractures in survival (the fracture rework is planned but as usual it will take a while for all that to be ready). If you're ok with using commands, something like this should work if you are standing close to it:
/kill @e[type=thaumicaugmentation:dimensional_fracture,r=3]
