The thaumic wand rod can not be made with its research done.
It seems that there's no such a recipe.

There is currently a bug in the code, where the recipe requires the ROD_tb.thaumic research, which does not exists(there is a ROD_thaumic one). I've already fixed that, await the new update ;)
