First, it wasn't removed, but typod in rv1: 'materialPureifiedCertusQuartzCrystal'. Second you used rv1 build from ThaumicEnergistics. Should be fixed in rv2.

The AE API underwent several changes from RV1 to RV2. The RV2 compatible version is currently in the works. Going through some heavy testing and working towards a new feature.
