As the title says, cannot craft a vis filter at the arcane terminal as no output item appears.
Oddly it does recognise the recipe as the required vis appears.

Additionally filtered essentia tubes cannot be crafted in a similar manner.

I just realised it was just because I didn't have enough vis.
