I recently added a vis relay interface (VRI), with attached vis relay, to my system but wands aren't charging when I place them in the ACT. I've linked my ACT to the VRI successfully using a memory card. I can see the VRI on the network, but it's not transmitting vis. Is there something I'm missing?

I moved the vis relay to another point in the network, and it started working. I have no idea why.
