the infusion crafting table should be able to draw essentia from the system by placing a special block next to it. maybe there is also a way to autocraft with the infusion crafting table.

Hmm, Infusion crafting table? I'm not sure if you mean the Infusion Altar, or the new Vis Recharge Relay you can place on top of the Arcane Table.
You can use the 'Infusion Provider' to connect the altar to the network. As for the new vis relay system, It's on the ToDo list.
Once I have a better understanding of the relay system I should be able to integrate it with little trouble.
As for autocrafting, I'm sure its possible but I will first need to learn how the AE code works and how to integrate the relay system. While it's not officially on the ToDo list, it is planned at some point.
