Vis Crystals don't go into their slots when auto-filling from JEI

Describe the bug
When using the Arcane Crafting Terminal with a recipe that requires vis crystals and doesn't fill the last slot of the crafting grid, auto-filling the recipe from JEI puts the crystals into the crafting grid, instead of the extra slots. The crystals have to be manually moved in order to complete the craft.

The workaround of pre-filling the slots with crystals only works once; auto-filling from JEI then removes all crystals except the ones necessary for the current craft, meaning that you'll end up with the same problem next time.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the Arcane Crafting Terminal

  2. Open, for example, the recipe for the Vis Resonator in JEI

  3. Click the "plus" button

  4. Observe that the vis crystals have been put in the crafting grid, and no valid output is detected.

  5. Open the Arcane Crafting Terminal

  6. Place vis crystals in all six slots

  7. Open any Thaumcraft recipe in JEI (Vis Resonator again, for example.)

  8. Click the "plus" button

  9. Observe that all vis crystals but those required for the current craft have vanished.

Expected behavior
Vis crystals should go into the designated slots in all conditions, and vis crystals already placed should remain in place after autofilling.
