im want to use vis relay interface it just connects to arcane terminal but not to another VRI im using thaumicenergistics-0.7.3b.jar and ae rv1.stable build 1

The VRI is input only. You can not output centavis from it.

Currently the only function of the V.R.I. is allowing you to charge a wand inside the Arcane Crafting Terminal. It itself can not be used to relay vis through the AE network.
