Glass phials are duplicating via Essentia Terminal.
How to reproduce:

1. Place glass phial into corresponding slot in the Essentia Terminal. Notice there is no phial in my inventory.
   
2. wrench out Essentia Terminal with a wrench (I've used Yeta Wrench from Ender IO, still the same behavior for any valid wrench). Notice about presence of phial on the floor.
   
3. pick up phial and Essentia Terminal, place Essentia Terminal back. Notice about phial is still in the Essentia Terminal's GUI, as well as in the inventory.
