Certain infusion recipes have the same source and output item with TJEI installed in both JEI and the Thaumonomicon.

The problem is shown here: Azanor/thaumcraft-beta#1354
I'm not sure what could be causing this, but I suspect actually using the recipe itemstacks and not using a .copy() of them which would be a lot safer.
